DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
- +/- 20% of total fee
- Refine initial schematic design and develop more detailed and coordinated plans.
- Integrate technical and structural considerations to ensure the design meets functional requirements, building codes, and budgetary constraints.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
- +/- 40% of total fee
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications to guide the actual construction of the project.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information to ensure the project is built according to the design intent and meets all regulatory requirements.
CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION
- +/- 20% of total fee
- Oversee the construction of the project to ensure it is built according to the approved plans and specifications.
POST-OCCUPANCY
- Document the architecture and the experience of living it.
- Gather feedback from occupants to identify improvements.
